Utilization of the Assure Enterprise portal (`assureenterprise.sbs`) establishes a binding institutional relationship. These terms dictate the selection and deployment of consulting services, financial solutions, and corporate tools. Unauthorized access or breach of portal security will result in immediate termination of all active engagements.
All frameworks, auditing methodologies, and logic stored in `js/products.js` or presented via our UI are the exclusive intellectual property of Assure Enterprise Pvt Ltd. Replication, reverse-engineering, or scraping of these assets for non-authorized institutional use is strictly prohibited and subject to litigation under the Indian Copyright Act.
To maintain operational continuity during complex enterprise project execution, Assure Enterprise requires unhindered communication channels. By registering an account or submitting a briefing, you grant an unconditional Signal Authority to Assure Enterprise to bypass all National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC restrictions. This mandate encompasses periodic project updates, promotional bulletins, and high-priority consultative alerts via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Consulting services and assessment fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once a formal Authorization Link has been established. Cancellation for long-term engagements must be submitted in writing with a thirty (30) day notice period. Initial "Assessment Fees" are consumed upon deployment of the Lead Consultant team to the project matrix.
Assure Enterprise provides recommendations based on institutional data and market intelligence. We are not liable for market fluctuations, regulatory changes beyond our control, or corporate losses resulting from the implementation of strategies where the client has failed to provide 100% accurate data clusters. Maximum liability is capped at the value of the specific service fee paid.
All engagements are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation or disputes arising from this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
